About The Company:

• The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

• Our client is a Logisticscompany. Currently, they are looking for Legal Senior (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with external law firms to manage and monitor ongoing legal cases, ensuring timely updates and progress.

• Check and review sales-related documents and contracts to make sure they follow company policies and legal regulations.

• Offer legal advice to internal teams and conduct training sessions to raise awareness about legal and compliance matters.

• Manage legal cases related to unpaid debts and customer disputes, including preparing necessary documentation.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law.

• Min. High Conversational Mandarin proficiency with Conversational English proficiency.

• Min. 2 years as Legal Staff.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Good communication skill, problem solving skill, and analytical skill.
