Marketing Communication (BTL Marketing)
Qualifications:
1. Experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, personal care, or retail industries.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Organize, creative and proactive.
4. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
5. Handling event, media promotion, & marcomm program.
6. Strong project and time management.
7. Experience managing events or brand activations is an advantage.
8. Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills
Responsibilities:
1. Execute program to support retail/store operations (e.g., in-store promotions, new
product launches, local events, loyalty programs), regularly evaluate their
effectiveness, and provide recommendations.
2. Monitor, analyze, and report on PR and event performance metrics, adjusting
strategies as needed to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand messaging
across all public communications, campaigns, and event experiences.
4. Produce compelling marketing copy for event promotions.
5. Work closely with the visual design team to develop marketing materials for promoti
ons and special projects.
6. Reach out to potential Kols, and Brand to introduce collaboration, sponsorship
opportunities, focusing on one-time and short-term campaigns.
7. Designing and implementing store branding, store-in-store promotions, and other
on-ground activations.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with BTL agencies, vendors, and partners.
