Procurement Staff
Responsibilities:
Execute the procurement process for goods and services based on internal requests.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Source and compare supplier quotations to ensure the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with vendors.
Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and internal users to ensure timely delivery and quality of received goods/services.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
Maintain and update procurement records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company SOPs and procurement policies.
Assist in audits and generate regular procurement reports as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation.
In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain principles.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
