About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

  • Our client is a Japanese NGO company. Currently, they are looking for Program Technical Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relations with counterparts and partners.

  • Coordinate meetings, trips, and activities for Japanese experts and consultants.

  • Attend meetings and report progress.

  • Help develop and implement the Plan of Operation (PO).

  • Support monitoring, evaluation, and data collection.

  • Assist experts using public health knowledge and interpretation skills.

  • Track health security and the program updates in Indonesia.

  • Organize program events (training, visits, workshops) and handle logistics.

  • Manage budgets, procurement, accounting, and reports.

  • Maintain records and submit monthly activity reports.

  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in fields related to Public Health.

  • Business English (written and verbal).

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experiences preferably in the health sector, international development cooperation or government services.

  • Computer skills/expertise using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Good interpersonal/communication skill and strong analytical skills and problem solving.

  • Good managerial skill with the capability to work independently.
