Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker)

What youll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for open positions

  • Conducting screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications

  • Maintaining a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates

  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires

  • Providing regular recruitment updates and metrics to management

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies

What were looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role. Internship experience is acceptable

  • Strong command of Mandarin, both written and verbal

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficient in the use of HR and recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems

  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals

  • Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
