Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker)
What youll be doing
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for open positions
Conducting screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications
Maintaining a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates
Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
Providing regular recruitment updates and metrics to management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
What were looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role. Internship experience is acceptable
Strong command of Mandarin, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in the use of HR and recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
