Research Development Innovation Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an R&D Manager in Building Materials and Paint Manufacturing

• Proficient in Quality Management Systems, regulatory licensing, and internal company procedures

• Skilled in resource analysis, research, product formulation, and product testing

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on implementation skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, innovation, and optimization of both new and existing coating products

• Ensure product formulations meet quality standards, performance criteria, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations

• Serve as a strategic link between market needs and the technical capabilities of the R&D laboratory and production team

• Design, develop, and test coating formulations including water-based, solvent-based, and powder coatings

• Improve existing formulations to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with regulations

• Develop custom-made products tailored to client requirements and aligned with current industry trends
