Sales Executive ( Freight Forwarding )

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic Freight Forwarding team at PT On Time Express. In this full-time position based in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing key client relationships to support the continued growth of our freight forwarding operations.

What youll be doing

• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Communicate, negotiate, and finalize sales cooperation agreements with customers.

• Contract Management & Project Delivery: Handle sales contract signing and follow-up, ensuring timely project delivery.

• Account Management & Service: Maintain customer relationships, provide after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Client Needs & Solutioning: Gather customer (other forwarders) requirements and understand their needs to provide tailored air freight interline products and services. 

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and meet individual and team sales targets

What were looking for

• Industry & Company Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the logistics industry landscape, company business structure, and product/service advantages.

• Operational Process Knowledge: Familiarity with international freight logistics operational procedures.

• Sales Skills: Excellent sales and marketing techniques, strong negotiation skills, and operational execution capabilities.

• Education & Experience: Associate degree or higher. Minimum 2 years of marketing/sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
