Job Title: Senior Cost Control

Job Summary:The Senior Cost Control is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all costs related to operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining profitability and financial control of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily operational costs, including food, beverage, and labor.

• Analyze cost variances and prepare regular cost reports.

• Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and operational teams to ensure cost efficiency.

• Conduct inventory checks and cost audits regularly.

• Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocations.

• Provide management with recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Good knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
