Job Title: Senior Cost Control
Job Summary:The Senior Cost Control is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all costs related to operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining profitability and financial control of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control daily operational costs, including food, beverage, and labor.
Analyze cost variances and prepare regular cost reports.
Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and operational teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Conduct inventory checks and cost audits regularly.
Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocations.
Provide management with recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
