Vice President Sales Operations

We are one of Indonesias fastest-growing fashion retail brands — bold, modern, and always ahead of the trend. As we scale across platforms and cities, were looking for a VP Sales Operations who can drive our end-to-end sales performance with sharp business sense and deep understanding of consumer behavior.

This is a pivotal role for someone who can blend operational discipline with fashion intuition.

About the Role:

 Youll oversee both offline retail network (own stores & pop-ups) and online sales channels (webstore & marketplaces), ensuring a seamless and profitable omnichannel journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Sales Strategy :

  1. Design and execute short- and long-term sales plans across online & offline channels.

  2. Align product, promotion, and pricing strategy with seasonal launches and campaigns.

  3. Ensure cross-channel consistency in brand voice and customer experience.

Retail Excellence :

  1. Set and track retail KPIs: footfall, conversion rate, average basket size, sell-through, etc. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

  2. Optimize retail layouts, team productivity, and frontline sales performance.

  3. Collaborate with VM, merchandising, and training teams to elevate in-store experience.

E-Commerce Performance :

  1. Work closely with digital & marketplace teams to maximize AOV, CAC/ROAS, and LTV.

  2. Leverage analytics to support campaign targeting, product positioning, and checkout UX.

  3. Streamline stock sync and fulfillment operations between online and store inventories.

Sales Operations & Reporting :

  1. Build real-time dashboards for sales, inventory, and customer trends.

  2. Own forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment cycles with buying & planning teams.

  3. Review margin and markdown strategy in line with category and lifecycle performance.

Leadership & Team Development :

  1. Lead and grow sales teams across regions, channels, and formats.

  2. Shape an ownership culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and performance incentives.

  3. Champion agility, creativity, and customer-first thinking.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 10+ years in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong track record managing both offline store networks and e-commerce channels.

  • Deep understanding of fashion consumer behavior, seasonality, and trend cycles.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to be placed at at Legok, Tangerang.
