Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role involves designing visually compelling websites, branding materials, and digital content that align with client objectives and our agencys standards. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both graphic design and web UI/UX design, with a passion for delivering functional and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Design & Development Support

  • Create website mockups, landing pages, and responsive layouts.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are translated into functional websites.

  • Optimize web graphics for fast loading and cross-device compatibility.

2. Graphic & Brand Design

  • Design logos, brand guidelines, social media visuals, and marketing collateral.

  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for client and internal brands.

  • Create presentation decks, brochures, and digital ads that align with brand identity.

3. Digital Content Creation

  • Design engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

  • Support email marketing and digital campaigns with creative assets.

  • Edit and enhance images, infographics, and short-form visual content.

4. Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with the marketing and development teams to meet client needs.

  • Brainstorm new creative ideas to elevate client projects and internal campaigns.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 2+ years in web and graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma.

    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/Elementor is a plus.

    • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.

  • Creative Skills:

    • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, web, and digital design projects.

    • Ability to create high-quality graphics for both print and digital media.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

    • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for creative innovation.
