We're looking for a B2BNational Sales Manager to join our creative team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales performance by developing strategic plans, managing distributor relationships, and optimizing promotional initiatives. You will lead a sales team, analyze market trends, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maximizing ROI. This Posisi requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating sales strategies to achieve B2B sales target (Distributor).
  • Maintain good relationship with Distributor.
  • Create and propose promotion budgeting plan to support sales strategies.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of promotion/activation towards the sales target.
  • Create and manage sales budget for optimal resource alLokasi and maximize the ROI.
  • Conduct analysis on the market to identify trends and opportunities to make data-driven and strong decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, sonsumer insights and competitor activity.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any major
  • 5-6+ years' relevant experience in Sales Manager
  • Experience working in FMCG or Retail industry preferred
  • Ready to strive and build a legacy!
  • Willing to work (WFO) in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
