Responsibilities:
- Offer and sell Premium Listing Packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) to property sellers in the Pashouses ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with property owners and help them understand the benefits of upgrading their listings.
- Conduct daily outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide consultation and recommendations to sellers on how Premium Listing can maximize visibility and buyer reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply) to ensure smooth activation of purchased packages.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Born in 2000 or younger (maximum age: 26 years old).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales, telemarketing, or service upselling roles (experience in real estate or digital marketing is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Goal oriented and comfortable working with daily/weekly KPIs.
- Self driven, resilient, and eager to grow within a high performance sales environment.
Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Achieve weekly and monthly Premium Listing sales targets (number of packages sold & total revenue).
- Maintain high conversion rate from existing supply leads.
- Ensure high seller satisfaction and repeat package purchases.
