Main Responsibilities:

• Independently identify and approach potential B2B clients within the Indonesian market, targeting sectors relevant to our services.
• Conduct end-to-end client acquisition: from lead identification and initial outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Gather comprehensive client information (company name, decision-makers, contact details, business needs, procurement intent, etc.).
• Utilize a mix of online channels (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, etc.) and offline methods (chamber of commerce events, trade shows, business networking, site visits) to grow the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations) to align on client needs and deliver tailored proposals or solutions.
• Regularly submit reports on acquisition progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of the Indonesian B2B market; previous experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, especially for business writing and meetings.
• Proficient in digital outreach and CRM tools (LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and update tracking systems consistently.
