About the role

This is a full-time WFO role for a Customer Service (Live Chat) Posisi at Concentrix in Surakarta. The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle inbound customer live chats with patience, empathy and professionalism
2. Provide accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concerns
3. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for efficient resolution
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
5. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures
6. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

1. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (minimum B2)
2. Minimum education D3/S1
3. Must have experience as Customer Service before (at least 1 month)
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
7. Ability to work in rotational shifts & days
8. Willing to work on site in Surakarta
