Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Recruitment Consultant role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Executive Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end search mandates for senior and C-suite roles, including client discovery, role scoping, and defining search strategies. Responsibilities include sourcing and mapping target talent pools, conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments, and preparing structured candidate reports and recommendations. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and senior candidates, advising both on market trends, compensation, and leadership hiring strategies. The consultant will collaborate with internal research and operations teams, maintain accurate records in recruitment systems, and contribute to business development initiatives such as pitches, proposals, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting and Graduate Recruitment, with experience managing full-cycle searches for professional or executive roles.
- Strong Consulting skills, including client advisory, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business strategy into talent requirements.
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques, including competency-based and behavioral assessment for senior-level talent.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build trust at executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or management consulting, ideally within the Asia-Pacific market.
- Strong commercial acumen, research capability, and comfort working with data-driven insights and recruitment technology tools.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or other regional languages is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with confidential information and senior stakeholders.
