Role Summary And Impact

As the Finance & Reporting Manager, you will lead key finance and accounting activities for our Traditional Media division. You’ll act as a strategic business partner - translating data into insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and shaping recommendations that influence commercial decisions. You will also champion process improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Reporting to: Finance & Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Managing full set of accounts for the Traditional Media division under WPP Media Indonesia
• Preparing monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets
• Leading local and regional reporting on financial statement as well as SOX requirements
• Conducting revenue, accrued revenue, incentive, fees and other top line drivers
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across accounting operations
• Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations along with variances analysis and commentary
• Building strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams like commercial finance, sales, billing, tax, others
• Improving ineffective & inefficient process under his/her responsibilities

Skills And Experience

• Strong Finance & Accounting experience with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with can-do attitude, proactive and self-motivated person
• Result driven with attention to details under minimum supervision and tight deadlines
• High proficiency in excel including pivot table, macros, power query is preferred
• Has experience in regional/global setting environment or parent/holding Perusahaan is preferred
• Has experience in managing Perusahaan’s media budget is preferred
