Job Vacancy: Admin Operations – For Aksel's client Lokasi: West Jakarta (Preferably residing in the area) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Project Management, Admin Marketing, or related industries. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Admin Operations professional to join our team. You will be the backbone of our membership data management and the primary coordinator for both online and onsite training sessions. Key Responsibilities • Data Management: Accurate input and maintenance of membership • Training Coordination: Managing logistics, registrations, and execution for online (Zoom/Webinar) and onsite training events. • Content Support: Creating visually appealing presentations and basic marketing assets. • Communication: Acting as a bridge between the office and members in professional English and Bahasa Indonesia. Technical Requirements | Persyaratan Teknis • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. • Software Proficiency: * Advanced Excel: (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation). • Microsoft Office: Professional Word and PowerPoint skills. • Design: Proficiency in Canva for internal announcements and slide decks. • Digital Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
