About the Role
As our People Business Partner for the GoTo - serving ODS team, you'll be a seasoned and strategic People and Culture (PAC) thought partner to a specific set of ODS functions. Like a superhero, you'll trade between business imperatives and the needs of our GoTroops, contributing hands‑on efforts at the strategic level in partnership with relevant client groups, mostly at the executive rank and above. Starting as an individual contributor, your role may evolve into leading a team of one or more People Business Partners down the road. You'll get ample opportunity to work on a variety of global projects, acting as a thought‑leader by sharing your knowledge, experience, and people‑related best practices among the broader PAC team across the Gojek ecosystem.
What You Will DoThe Corporate People Business Partner (PBP) team is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our goal is to ensure our Corporate PBP team is best Posisied to deliver exceptional work, and is optimally structured to ensure GoTo meets or exceeds its ambitious set of business objectives. Each PBP team member partners with at least one Executive‑level leader in areas such as organization, design, effectiveness, workforce planning, change management planning & intervention, talent management, and delivery of COE/PBP co‑created cyclical programs (e.g., pay and promotion cycle, engagement surveys, and talent reviews). This is a bona fide PBP role, with a need for strategic partnering & influencing the stakeholder in their portfolio. This is also an extremely exciting time for our team given our vast growth, our market Posisiing, and where we are on our PAC roadmap.
