In this strategic leadership role, you’ll drive recruitment delivery and business growth across key sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, and broader technical disciplines. Combining strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on expertise, you will play a critical role in strengthening our established market presence and expanding our client portfolio across Indonesia.

With both contract and permanent recruitment under your remit, you’ll help connect top-tier talent with leading projects that power industries and support the region’s ongoing growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and deepen partnerships with existing clients while acting as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored talent solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Business Development & Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding market share and strengthening our footprint across Indonesia.
  • Operational & Commercial Management: Drive performance against key metrics, ensuring team productivity, revenue growth, and profitability targets are achieved.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing and developing recruitment teams within an agency environment.
  • Sector Expertise: Strong experience across technical sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
  • 360 Recruitment Capability: Demonstrated success managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with exposure to both contract and permanent hiring.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong business development mindset with experience growing accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic & Hands-On Approach: Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with active involvement in delivery and client engagement.
