Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Ensure the development of curriculum, training materials, and the implementation of learning programs for Bancassurance sales personnel runs effectively, is standardized, and aligns with business needs.
• Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions for Regional Development teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end training programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on training programs and roadmaps for FSC, ASL, & RSH.
• Collaborate with IT to develop the Learning Management System end‑to‑end until implementation as BAU activity.
• Prepare training effectiveness reports and conduct training data analysis to provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain documentation and learning material archives in accordance with Learning & Development policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in training and curriculum, experienced in Bancassurance is a plus
• Experience working with bank partners, branch networks, or financial advisors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, especially Syariah-based solutions.
• Familiarity with bancassurance sales processes, sales funnels, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency in basic productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM / LMS platforms).
