Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Civil Engineering, major in structural engineering from any university.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Able prepare Cost Estimate for Bidding/Tender purposes.
- Calculation and pricing for the BOQ, RAB adn RAP."
- Preparation and follow up for the contract variations and claims.
- Make administration and calculations according to the needs of the Quantity Surveyor (QS) field.
- Monitoring materials and construction cost.
- Prepare unit price and unit rates
- Coordinate with the project team and third parties to ensure smooth QS administration.
- Perform cost and budget analysis, and provide related reports to project management.
- Manage QS project documentation accurately and neatly and to perform any other entrusted & requested by management.
- Willing to be placed in Bali
- Fluent English
