- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp10,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per bulan
- Posisi ini adalah perekrutan yang mendesak.
PT Karya Artha Perdana (Maleena Coffee Roasters) is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our operations, sales, marketing, and business growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the owner, with full accountability for business performance and strategic direction.
Position: General Manager
Location: Menteng, Central Jakarta
Reporting to: Owner
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, business development, sales & marketing, production, and team performance.
2. Lead and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
3. Manage financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
4. Lead cross-department collaboration and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
5. Represent the company in partnerships, negotiations, and key business decisions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the coffee, F&B, or retail sector.
2. Strong business acumen with proven results in operational and sales performance.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
4. Bachelors degree (Business or related field); MBA is a plus.
5. Deep understanding of specialty coffee industry is an advantage.
