The role
This is a problem-solving role, not a support one. You'll work on live internal engagements, diagnosing what's slowing a division down, structuring the path forward, and helping leaders act on it.
From early on, you'll sit close to our Ops Lead and COO, working directly with division heads on the initiatives that actually move their teams forward. You'll learn to frame the right questions before reaching for answers, to defend a recommendation under pressure, and to think like a consultant who's trusted with the call. The problems are real, the teams are real, and the systems you build are the ones GTMLab actually runs on.
We're looking for someone who could grow into an operator we'd trust to run point on any internal initiative, and we'll invest in getting you there.
What you’ll own
- Diagnose the real problem. Cut through symptoms and complaints to find what's actually limiting a division's output.
- Advise internal teams directly. Start by supporting the Ops Lead and COO, then grow into owning initiatives — the person division heads call when a process breaks.
- Scope the work. Help define what a division actually needs, set the questions worth answering, and keep the project pointed at outcomes, not documentation for its own sake.
- Find the opportunity. Spot the shift in workflow, tooling, or ownership that unlocks the Berikut. level of efficiency.
- Pressure-test ideas. Challenge assumptions — yours, the team's, and the division's — to make sure the new system actually holds up under real use.
- Win the room. Create sharp, data-driven process maps and present recommendations that get bought into.
- Own it end-to-end. Take specific improvement projects from diagnosis to rollout, with guidance from senior team members, not just a slice of the work.
What You'll Bring
- High-achieving fresh graduates from all backgrounds are welcome, especially those with organizational experience in Marketing, operations, consulting, marketing, or business strategy.
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses actually run. You want to understand why a process breaks, not just document it.
- Curious about automation and workflow tools (data integration, dashboard automation, shortcut systems) — experience here is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with data: proficient in Excel, and able to find the story in operational numbers.
- A structured thinker who's energized, not overwhelmed, by ambiguous, cross-team problems.
- A clear and persuasive communicator, in writing and in the room.
- Self directed and accountable. You own outcomes without being chased.
- Eager to be coached hard and improve fast.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to work fully onsite at our office in Menteng, Central Jakarta.

You'll start by supporting the Ops Lead and COO on live internal projects, learning how we diagnose, structure, and fix operational bottlenecks. As you build judgment and trust, you'll take on more: owning projects end-to-end, working directly with division heads, and eventually being the person a division relies on to fix what's broken. We promote on capability, not tenure.
