Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Specialist to ensure the Perusahaan’s full compliance with regulations in the financial and crypto industries. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring regulatory developments, coordinating audits and official reviews, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align operations with evolving compliance standards and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational compliance activities and act as a key communication liaison with regulators and government institutions, including OJK, BAPPEBTI, PPATK , Police Force, Attorney General’s Office, relevant Industry Associations (such as Indonesia Blockchain Association and Indonesia Fintech Association), as well as ministries including the Ministry of Digital, Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Law, and other related government bodies.
• Manage regulatory licensing requirements, including ongoing submissions, reporting, and correspondence related to crypto industry regulations and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and responses to regulatory audits, reviews, and official requests.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure internal teams are informed of any compliance requirements, changes, or potential operational impacts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, product, operations, and management) to ensure alignment with compliance standards and regulatory expectations.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions — preferably in financial services, crypto or exchange,
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to financial services or digital assets in Indonesia (such as those issued by OJK, BAPPEBTI, PPATK, and related ministries).

Skills & Competency

• Excellent knowledge of regulatory reporting, licensing requirements, and compliance operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when dealing with regulators, legal bodies, and government agencies.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
