About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the end-to-end Human Resources function in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, payroll, compensation & benefits, HR operations, employee relations, expatriate administration, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offering, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, BPJS, PPh 21, leave administration, and compensation & benefits in coordination with payroll vendors.
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, employment contracts, personnel files, HR documentation, and HRIS administration.
  • Manage expatriate administration, including KITAS, work permits, visas, and coordination with relevant government authorities and external agencies.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to management by providing strategic HR advice and supporting organizational growth.
  • Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, grievances, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with department heads to support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with manpower regulations, internal policies, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Support office administration and General Affairs activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or HR Generalist leadership role.
  • Experience managing end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
  • Experience handling expatriate administration (KITAS, work permits, visas) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, EV, or industrial sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Chinese or multinational Perusahaan environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, PPh 21, and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
