RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Co-ordinate with HQ- Singapore for new products developments of tobacco packaging.
• Monitoring Plates Processing.
• Monitoring Plates Output Conditions.
• Monitoring and hands on experience on artwork arrangement to ensure smooth executions.
• Co-ordinate with printer to ensure to meet client Requirements.
• Colour Management.
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure that quality products are produced on a consistent basis.
• Contribute to manufacturing objectives for quality, productivity and service through appropriate incremental process improvements or re-engineering techniques as appropriate.
• Develop specifications and process capability criteria as required by working closely with Tech Services, Manufacturing and Development Engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachlors Degree in Printing & Graphic arts
• Five or more years Pre-press management experience.
• Five or more years Pre-press hands on experience.
• Demonstrated innovation, creativity and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible in relations with others and in the management of continuous change.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills with proven track record in achieving results through or with other team members.
